In 2021 with Gomalanbrass Quintet recorded "Tex in Brass", a concert work inspired and dedicated to "Tex" , the Longest-running Italian national comic published by Sergio Bonelli Editore (first publication: 30 September 1948) , album admitted at Grammy's Big Selection 2023 in categories Best Contemporary Classic Composition, Best Chamber performance and Best Engineered Album - Classical.
In 2023 has been hired on the Soundtrack Team of the Colossal Movie "Juliet & Romeo" directed by Timothy Scott Bogart
In 2025, he worked on the original score for Gianluca Doremi’s documentary "Tra la Terra ed il Mare" , which received the Hollywood Gold Award for Best Feature Documentary in May 2026
In 2026 his suite for Brass Quintet "Tex in Brass" was Featured on tour in Japan by the U.S. Air Force Brass Quintet (Pacific Division)
Francesco Menini is an Italian freelance Composer, Orchestrator and Multi-Instrumentalist.
He composes for both the Screen and the Concert Hall.
From 2017 to 2023, he served as Assistant, Faculty Instructor and Orchestrator for the GEMS Programs in Madrid, Spain, working alongside Hollywood composers Christopher Young, Pete Anthony, Garry Schyman, and Spanish composer Juanjo Molina
